For over 20 years Orascom Deveopment has been positioning itself as the leader in developing the fully integrated and developed cities and live-in communities around the world. The concept entails a fully built-in communities that include A class golf courses, marinas that adhere to the highest standards as well as the rest of the pertaining infrastructure.
 
The Swedish based company with mainly British capital Orascom Development has a firm position in the Real estate field in Egypt, Middle East (Morocco, Oman, Jordan) but also such countries as: Switzerland, Montenegro and England. The group offers expertise in the hospitality business, private villas, studios, sports and social events as well as the rest of the facilitating infrastructure.
Apart from being focused on creating and managing the tourist resorts, Orascom Development offers in their residential projects a rich lifestyle and well organized social surrounding for families and individuals interested in for permanent residency in these communities.
 
POSH&media doo was hired by Orascom development to suggest the development of the identity and positioning the coastline of Lustica located in Tivat in Montenegro. As one of the luxurious residential areas with an opulent offer, this residential area is planned to be finished by 2015.
 
Along with the visuals (logo, brochure design, website pictogram etc), the project included the copy for the slogan, corporate copy, subtitles as well as coming up with the concept of getting about the city itself as well as a suggestion for positioning the brand through various promo activities: media events, fairs, open days, advertisements, social networks, website, etc.
