The inaugural meeting of the Board of Directors of Electric Power Industry of Serbia (EPS) held on 6th of October in 2011 was celebrated as the Day of the company, which was established on the same date when it first started the first power station in Belgrade, in 1893. Board of Directors of EPS awarded the individuals and institutions most responsible for the development of Power Industry of Serbia – with a plaque with the Charter “Đorđe Stanojević” for 2011. Three large donations were also awarded, which company traditionally awards every year on 6th of October.
In the presence of the representatives of Serbian Government, religious and cultural institutions, national sports associations, other business partners and friends of EPS, who gathered in large number (300 attendees), the leaders of EPS presented the results from the previous period, as well as plans for the future.
POSH&media was responsible for the overall design concept of the event, production of all elements and organization.
A theme that POSH&media presented through its concept and that was accepted as such by EPS is renewable energy resources. Key visual is composed of elements that symbolize the driving energy of water and convert it into electricity, thus the emphasis was primarily on renewable energy and preservation of natural resources of Serbia and the development of general awareness about the importance of preserving the environment.
This idea was symbolically presented through visual solution in accordance with sign and logo of formal meeting, but also through sound and dance. Performance of dance couple before the ceremony symbolizes the use of the potential energy of water and the process of its conversion into electricity.
POSH&media team tasks were as follows:
- The reservation of space for events (House of the Army of Serbia)
- Providing a technical support (audio-video equipment) for the celebration
- Creating a complete visual identity of the event and application of it on the invitations, bags, brochures, stage, stands, roll ups, press desks, wall-press, etc.
- Design and implementation of scenarios, managing a program of the event (directing), event supervision, security and implementation of protocols, space marking.
- Creation and copy all the texts for invitations, leaflets, text of the event host
- Hiring of the event host (moderator)
- Organization of catering services
- Organization of seating protocol of guests
- Implementation of lighting and technique, security and briefing of stage directing
- Design and implementation of set on the place, interior design and branding of the place, graphic design and production of graphic solutions for graphic elements that are an integral part of the scenery area
- All props and logistics for equipping the place
- Engaging and briefing of Chamber Orchestra (members of the Philharmonic Orchestra)
- Making movies (films) and installation of all recipients of donations with approximate duration of 3 minutes per film. Filming outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia
- Design, prepress and printing leaflets on which the guests were introduced with the contents of event, with list of participants, award citation, etc.
- Photographing and filming the events
- Providing and training of promo teams, making uniforms for hostesses
- Music editing, making of costumes and choreography for dance pair at the opening of the very event
In addition to the above mentioned, POSH&media is particularly proud of making the film that is 12 minutes long, with statements of prominent officials and representatives of national institutions, health institutions, non-governmental sectors, national sports associations … which are testimonials about donations and good deeds of Electric Power Industry of Serbia.
With high quality and unforgettable documentary material, specially composed background music, visual effects, unique directorial touch, POSH&media created a film in which following well-known persons appear:

The film is made in a manner that it can be used in a long term, as it is not limited to the current issues. It can be used for purposes of corporate film on various events and presentations of EPS or as a TV commercial for promotional purposes.
