POSH&media was entrusted with the organization of the biggest event withing Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia for 2014. The agency created and organized the event in the best possible manner and to the general satisfaction of all participants, and most importantly associates from the client's end.
The scale of work included defining the concept of this year's conference, 3D video showing, organizing and the realization of decorating the space and other aspects of the protocol-setting, lights, sound, technical staff, performances, performers, moderators, promotional team, the band, a DJ...
3D mapping of half of the Expo center, covering the format of 65x5m, covering three walls of the hall that was leading the visitors into the „immersive environment“, and which had it's role in the daily, conferential part as well as the evening part of the conference-the „Annual party“, was the central point of the entire project.
