The crisis has seriously thwart the regular functions which responsible employesare not able to overcome, and its nature, extent and consequences making them a matter of public interest. Any crisis, no matter how big or dramatic, have basically a few participants. "According to some estimates, 90 percent of crises in organizations cause internal operational problems, not emergencies. The research is often possible to detect trouble spots before they become headlines on the front page of the newspaper and TV. Crises are always unexpected, but it turned out that in the business world, 86% are so-called crisis… smoldering crisis, which the organization was aware of, but does not do anything (enough) at this point.
Prediction and detection of potential crisis are the main task of PR crisis management, and the way in which the media interpreted the crisis can significantly affect the course, dismissal or wider effects of the crisis.
